When to use this
- You are scheduling a call with people in several countries and want to see everyone's local time at once.
- You want the start hours that put the most people inside their working day.
- You want a link to send so others see the same candidate times, then check what the meeting costs.
How to use
- Type the date, your time zone, the start time and the length.
- Add the other time zones, one per line, and set the working day hours.
- Press Show meeting times. Read the local time for each zone and the table of every start hour.
- Copy the times or the link, or open the Meeting Cost Calculator with the length and head count filled in.
Examples
- New York, London and Tokyo: On 2026-11-02, 09:00 in New York (UTC-5) is 14:00 in London (UTC+0) and 23:00 in Tokyo (UTC+9). London is inside an 08:00 to 18:00 day, Tokyo is not.
- A half-hour zone: 13:00 UTC is 18:30 in Asia/Kolkata (UTC+5:30), so add a zone like that and read the clock times directly.
Understanding the result
The tool turns your start time into one moment in time, then shows the local clock time in every zone on that date, using the daylight saving rules of the browser's own time zone database. A zone counts as inside working hours when the whole meeting fits between the working day start and end on its local clock. The table repeats this for every whole start hour in your zone.
Limitations
- Old browsers with a limited time zone database may not know a very new zone name. If a name is refused, try the major city in that region.
- The tool does not look at anyone's calendar and does not book or send invitations.
- Governments can change daylight saving rules. For dates far in the future, check the time again closer to the meeting.
FAQ
How do I find a good meeting time across time zones?
List every zone, set a normal working day and look for the start hours where most people are inside it. The table shows each hour with a count.
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes, for the date you enter. The offset of each zone is read for that date, so a meeting just after a clock change shows the right local time.
Why is my time zone name refused?
Use an IANA name such as America/New_York or Europe/Berlin. Abbreviations like EST are ambiguous and are not accepted.
How do I share the plan?
Press Copy link. The date, zones and hours are stored after the # sign of the link, which is not sent to a server.
Is anything sent to a server?
No. All the time conversion runs in your browser using its own time zone data.
